| My circumstances: |
| I am an administrator living in Durham, I had debt of 25K and a property with little equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I was contacted by a different company about debt solutions and was pressured in to an IVA which was not explained properly. I was then passed to SDS after all the forms had been filled in. They were slow with the paper work and found it impossible to send out information correcly in the envelope. The IVA was rejected for a second time as the Insolvency Practitioner did not update the forms with the recommendations made at the first meeting. By the time the IVA went through the debt had increased by at least 3K as none of the creditors had stopped adding charges and interest payments. The only time anyone mentioned having to remortgage the house was when the completion information arrived that had to be signed and sent back. At the year review they decided both my husbands and my salaries where wrong on the form and should be increased. This year I didnt bother sending in a new list of outgoings as they just adjusted it to match the change in income (which didnt exist). |

| I rated them as 1 out of 10 because I felt and still feel they were not working in my best interest. If I contact them now they are still unhelpful. |

| I am two years into the IVA, I have learnt never to get an IVA, I should have dealt with the creditors directly as I had never missed a payment to them it was just getting difficult to manage. My dividend is .58p in the pound and so far nothing has been written off. |

| Comment: All I can advise is no debt is written off until your IVA completes, if nothing changes based on the dividend being 58p then 42% of your overall debt will be written off | ||

| Comment: I have found SDS to be fantastic and always helpful. I can you stating that non of your debt has been written of but you are paying back 58p in the £. Isnt that nearly half your debt 'written off'. | ||
