My circumstances:
I got into debt trouble due to a number of circumstances out of my control and negative equity in my property. Losing my job meant I had no means to keep on top of repayments.
My interaction with the company:
They listened to my situation and really made me feel as though they understood. They proposed an IVA, I completed the forms which was then accepted with minor changes required. I found them to be very helpful and always there when I had a question.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The advice they gave me was invaluable to help me deal with my situation - just a small problem with the mount of time it took to get the proposal submitted.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Really great advice when completing the proposal -I wasnt just left to do it by myself
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
The time it took between initial contact and getting a proposal together did take slightly longer than I had hoped. 
Other points
I am now back in full time employment and feel as though my life is back on track as I have a monthly payment I can comfortably afford. I have learnt you never know whats round the corner so I will be far less likely to get into debt in the future.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
