| I am a cashier at tesco in essex. I have £18k worth of debt and a jointly owned property with my husband. |

| My husband did all the calling and discussing so i was not part of the process, but as far as my husband says he found it went smoothly up to when we had the proposals sent out. |

| My husband gave them 9 out of 10 as he found them very helpful and quick. |
