| i am a cleaning operative from south glamorgan i have £25k of debt and live in a rental property. |

| i phoned the a company who passed me through to do an IVA. They discussed what other information i needed then sent me the proposals out. it was a quick process to my IVA being accepted. i found them helpful and understanding. |

| i rated the company 10 out of 10 due to all the help they provided me and how they assisted through the process |

| i feel they dealt with the whole thing process quicker than what i expected. |

| i dont think any changes could be made to how they dealt with me. |

| the percentage to creditors was 31%. i am happy with how my IVA is running. |
