| My circumstances: |
| I was moving from being employed to self employed and had debts of almost£54k. <br> I was very anxious and depressed about how I had got into the situation - I really didnt want to be bankrupt - I wanted to pay back as much as possible but there was just no way I could afford to. The IVA resulted in £36,800 of this debt being written off, which really was a life saver. |

| Throughout the period of my IVA my situation was changing and when I had a problem I just called them and they were extremely helpful and reassuring. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I could not fault them on the service they provided and so feel top marks is the only fair result! I really could strongly recommend them. |

| They would kindly remind me with a phone call or email, if I had overlooked something - I am terrible with paperwork and they never complained if they had to send me replacement documents. |

| I am now clear of debt and the whole exercise has made me realise that with the right planning and help, a debt free (Credit-free) existence is not only achievable, but a great feeling. I cannot express the relief I now feel and would stress anyone in financial difficulties to contact Debt Lifeboat NOW |
