| I am a civil servant, I was gettig into serious trouble after a long illness where I couldnt work. the IVA was proposed and accepted which made me feel better and aided my recovery. I cant praise them enough. |

| having rung them and discussed my financial problems they were always helpful and listened, this I found considerably comforting. |

| I gave 10 out of 10 because they were friendly and extremely helpful by explaining everything they were going to do and keeping me updated as things progressed. |
