My circumstances:
I had debts over £50k wth no equity due to living beyond means for years always paying off monthly credit card bills but then having to spend on them again just to survive for shopping etc. I am currently paying £210 per month to creditors. This is an excellent rate compared to the £350+ per month I was quoted to have to repay with other DMCs
My interaction with the company:
I am in my 2nd year of my IVA and was worried about my repayments increasing on review especially in current climate. I was quickly reassurred and common sense prevailed and my repayments have continued at the same level. The staff and in particular my rep Mark Hindle are fantastic and a real credit to the company
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They have been outstanding from start to finish they really do support you, put your mind at ease and work with you to get the best affordable rate.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Its all good, but initially it was the low repayment compared to what I had been quoted elsewhere. Was also allowed to keep just over 50% of my annual bonus which was great
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
On my annual review the expenditure form was a £100 out which nearly give me a heart attack as it was asking for £100 per month higher repayment. When called it had been due to a computer error not picking up one of my expenditure. All sorted in phone call but make sure you keep photocopies of everything especially your initial and final income and expenditure forms 
Other points
I have to remortgage at end of IVA term so it will depend on how much equity can be released to how much will eventually be written off. At the moment it looks like a great deal but even if it wasnt I had no choice but to go down this route otherwise I would have been bankrupt and would have lost my job. The IVA has been a godsend for me in a way it means although a struggle me and my family can survive and keep our home. Furthermore my wages actually mean something now, rather than just money that went in my account to service my credit card direct debits and i look forward to pay day again. When I look back I cannot believe some of the things I have bought

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
