| We are a couple who through redundancy/illness lost our property and owed nearly 40K debt. |

| They listened to our situation and were very supportive towards us. Always at the end of the phone. We had minor modifications and the Iva was accepted by all creditors. |

| They were very supportive, we felt we could trust them to do an excellent job which they did. Non judgemental and overall extremely helpful. |

| Our dividend was 22p in the £, we have learnt we have to budget and watch where the money goes closely instead of burying our head in the sand. |
