My circumstances:
we are a couple who had amassed debts of up to 45000 over 10years. Our income went down substanially and we just could not meet our demands. Life was a living nightmare with every morning bringing a new demand, more interest. The debt was getting bigger and bigger.
My interaction with the company:
From start to finish the company made us feel very at ease. They explained to us that we were not alone and not to feel ashamed of our circumstances. They just wanted to help us. Our IVA went very smoothly under the circumstances. The iva was accepted by a majority and the relief was such a weight lifted off our shoulders. The company were very professional and so helpful
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have never had to fault this company at all. They have helped put our lives back on track and we can now look forward to a much more positive future rather than the black cloud that was hanging over us for so long.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The ongoing support througout the course of the IVA has been of a very high standard.

Nothing really. 
Other points
The valuable lesson we have learnt is never to be ashamed of the circumstances we land ourselves in sometimes. There is help out there - just ask. Nobody is going to judge you - they only want to help. Approx £30,000.00 written off,

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
