|i had a 21k loan that i paid back using proceeds from the sale of a house, the payment didnt go through, bank didnt inform me, money paid into former joint account now belonging to ex-partner who spent the money, i found out when he died leaving me liable to repay the debt in its entirety, i have no equity in my current house|
|My interaction with the company:|
|After speaking to an agent on the phone, an appointment was made for a Representative to call, he explained everything in full, filled out all the forms, took copies of all required documentation, i received a call from them a couple of days later to say they were excepting the proposal and to let me know they were arranging a meeting with my creditors, they called me immediately following the meeting to inform me that the creditors had accepted the proposal|
|Why I gave the ratings I did:|
|i rated them 10 out of 10 because i can find no fault with their service, they acted quickly, got it sorted out as soon as possible, they did all the work, they keep in touch with me to ensure that i am not receiving any letters or phone calls from my creditors|
|One thing they did - which really impressed me:|
|i had trouble opening a bank account due to the debt, my wages were paid into my old account the day after the proposal was accepted but my account had already been frozen, i rang Tudor Kirk and they got in touch with the bank and got my money back for me the same day|
