My circumstances:
I live in Leeds, I work part time on an office, I have 2 small daughters and live my partner. We both work but had £20,000 of debt that we never thought we would be able to deal with. We rent from local council so have no equity either.
My interaction with the company:
Tudor Kirk called me as a sales call and at first I was reluctant as I couldnt believe that I could apply for an IVA let alone be accepted they were very helpful and advised me on all the options available. I agreed to the IVA and from that day it took around 6 weeks to be accepted and the plan is in force now with a monthly payment I can afford and still be able to live on what we have left.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because I feel I can trust them, the customer service is excellent and they return my calls and emails the same day.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Overall the whole process was so easy and I felt that at last I could relax knowing after 10 years my debt will be paid and cleared in 5 years.

Other points
I have only just started my IVA and have a while to go but if the monthly payment stays as it is I will have writted off almost half of my debt in 5 years.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
