| My circumstances: |
| My wife had debts of 17000 thanks to Simple Debt Solutions fees after two year this increased to 24500. The IVA they proposed was totally unrealistic, and just allowed them to rack up fees. They did not restructure the loan at all and provided nothing that could be described as a service. |

| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave them mostly 1s as 0s were not available. They proposed an IVA based on the re mortgage of the property, apparantly being unaware that once my wife had an IVA this would not be possible (post credit crunch). They made no attempt to restructure the loan, even though I found out directly that the majority of the creditors were happy to do this. |
