My circumstances:
I am a lecturer living in London, with 25k of debt and a property which was unable to release equity from due to mortgage companies not willing to remortgage with an IVA. I am near to completion of my IVA with only 4 months left.
My interaction with the company:
I the company has written to me every 6 months to review my financial situations and also to inform me on any reviews with creditors. Additionally they have called every 4-5 months to see how my IVA is going, this has also been supported with email contact.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 as they have supported me through a successful IVA, however there where times when I needed further clarifications of the ongoing processes which were not as clear as they could be.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They have resolved my financial situations without an equity release by encouraging over payments of the IVA to bring down my outstanding balance in my final year.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
