| telephone advice - very quick response <br> postal - always sent documents first class and never had to wait long |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| never talked to the actual IP .. the proposal was drafted by office staff .. despite advising debtmatters several times of my cicumstances and account balances - there was several mistakes in the final IVA proposal |

| now setting up a DMP via CCCS who have been very helpful .. the IVA proposal failed with a 43p in the £ offer which 2 creditors rejected (AMEX and EGG) |

| Comment: They telephoned me and said they would send a pack out because they could help me I foolishly gave my bank details and they sent a pack out for me to read and sign I decided not to use them but I had foolishly given them some details including my bank, theytokk £200.00 from my account which they have told me I cant have back | ||

| Comment: I have been with CCCS in the past. The expect you to live on nothing. I couldnt live on 35 a week like they expected. In the end I used inherritance to get me out of debt | ||

| Comment: DMP doesn't necessarily freeze interest and it seems a large amount of debt for a DMP. CCCS are funded by creditors and i found once that the guy who did phone interview very curt and did not take into consideration my personal circumstances at all was very rigid with views and had set figures for living expenses that were not good enough or workable. | ||
