| My interactions with the firm were exceptionally professional at the same time very supportive. Everyone I spoke to explained things fully and simply and I felt very clear at all times about what was going to happen next and what the options were. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and efficient. Calls and e-mails were always answered on the same day, and there was always someone available to answer any queries.<br> <br> |

| I gave the ratings of 10 out of 10 for everything because I cant think of any way that I could suggest any improvements to the help, support and professional advice and services I received from Sue and her team at Jones Giles. I genuinely cannot fault a single thing. This was a very difficult process for me, as I never envisioned myself ever needing this kind of service, and it was made so much easier and bearable by the lovely team. Every contact was a positive one.<br> <br> |

| I think the one thing they did which really impressed me was to always respond to any query, by e-mail or telephone, however minor, the same day, whenever possible. Their efficiency is brilliant. And I never felt I was wasting their time. <br> <br> |

| As I mentioned above, I cannot thing of a single thing that could be improved.<br> <br> |
| Other points |
| The IVA has allowed me to continue trading, my business is dependant on my website, so to have bankruptcy filed or ccjs would have seriously damaged my options for future business. Now I am in a position to rebuild my financial life, and eventually my credit rating. My debt was incurred due to a bad debt in my husbands business, and the biggest lesson we have learned is not to put all our financial eggs in one basket. Many thanks to Sue and her team for giving me my life back.<br> |
