| Whilst I have always earned a good salary, I have always been prone to spending beyond my means. I had a poor credit rating and so got credit through the door to door loan companies whose interest rates are very high. I was previously in Debt Man and worked all the overtime I could get, although whilst on Debt Man some of my debts actually increased |

| Although other debt solutions were discussed as I entered into a Debt Management Plan I found McAlister & Co was good in everything they did for me & everything I had to sign was always clearly marked & explained to me before i signed |

| Sandra McAlister dealt with a certain creditor very quickly for me & Ive heard nothing from them since. |

| Nothing in particular. Although I am of the view that there is always room for improvement in ALL companies. |
