My circumstances:
I am an IT worker in Blackpool and my wife left me paying the joint mortgage and home loan of 85k combined (house is now worth about 80k in current market) and personal debt totaling 45k. I had NO MONEY at all to live and Payplan helped me sort it all out
My interaction with the company:
Basically I thought because my wife joint owned the house mortgage and secure home loan there would be problems even though I pay for them all...but no because she left me high and dry I can continue to pay these and live in my home with my dogs and my unsecured personal debt of 45k is being dealt with by way of an IVA at 25p in the pound. I do worry about the annual reviews as things are going up loads like fuel and food and expect to have less in Oct at my next review but hope Payplan can help me going forward
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were firm but fair
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
relieved my stress making me ill!!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I dont think they allowed me quite enough disposable income - £25 per month is not a lot these days. Also they restricted my pet food and insurance to 25 per month even though it costs me 60 per month. I would give up without my dogs so I see them as an essential part of me being able to function!!

Im cautious about my review in October!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
