My circumstances:
I am a working mother of two with a partner, I had 30K debt with 16K equity. I live in the South of England.
My interaction with the company:
I found all member of the team within this company very polite and eager to help. Their advise was in plain english and all option explained to me at the very early stage. Between the company and I it was decided that an IVA was the best option and through email commications the forms were completed very quickly. All advise was clear,a very friendly and helpful team.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them 10/10 due to the excellent service, advise and understanding this firm provides.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The time scale from the first phone call to the actual IVA being accepted was only 5 weeks.<br> <br> The advise was in plain english and they were always willing to answer the numerous questions I put to them.<br>
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

Other points
Prior to the IVA I was paying approx £700 per month to my creditors. The divident I am now paying is £220 per month. I have currently 25K in equity in my property of which I have to pay 50% to my creditors in year four of the IVA. I have wrote off approx 40% of my debts

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
