| I am a Machine Supervisor living in Staffordshire , I had debts of just over 20k and living in rented acc |

| I went on there website and left some details and was contacted by them and put through to an adviser who was very helpful and went through the options available after doing a factfind he recommended an IVA and informed what I needed to do and what it meant , the pack was sent out which I returned along with the paperwork needed after a few more weeks and a couple of chats on the phone my IVA was accepted |
