| My circumstances: |
| I was a Director of a Ltd company from 2003-09. Due to a large amount of debt & lack of support from the company bank it entered into Administration, this proved unsuccessful & it later entered Voluntary Liquidation. As a result of the liquidation, 2 personal guarantees crystallised & i became personally liable. I have no other personal debt. |
