| My circumstances: |
| I had approx £50k of debt and after losing an income could not make payments. I researched the options an opted for the iva route. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| After an email enquiry I had chat to the debt advisor who went through the figures and options. I opted for the iva route, and the ball was rolling. It took some time to collect the necessary documents but once submitted the process ran reltively quickly and smoothly. IVA accepted with a small uplift. |
