My circumstances:
fully employed on 23k per year living with parents .. 55k of outstanding debt .. failed IVA due to 2 creditors voting no
My interaction with the company:
very helpful when speaking to them on the phone .. however, despite sending upto date statements a number of errors appeared in proposal despite me advising the company of the correct details
Why I gave the ratings I did:
very good customer service and a quick response .. however, no aftercare and only interested in the number of IVA proposals they are submitting on a monthly basis .. it seems it is a numbers game to the larger IVA companies and attention to details is not what it should be

now setting up a DMP via CCCS<br> IVA failed with a 43p offer in the £ (607 payment per month)...a third of the total monies paid into the IVA would have gone to the IP - the main creditor EGG voted no as they wanted me to enter into a informal agreement direct with them without a fee-charging third party

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
