| My circumstances: |
| i approx 40k of debt with equity in my joint owned property |
| My interaction with the company: |
| my wife phoned in an explained briefly my situation and i then spoke to them in detail and they then explained how they could help. i had one small hiccup with a joint bank account i held with my wife which i felt was not dealt with correctly which did cause some hassle but other than that the iva has run smoothly. Tylah Thompson was my first case worker and she went above and beyond i felt at times to speak to me and my wife to put us at ease and expalin things. my case was then took over by Kim Osbourne who again answered every question i put to her and always tried to put me at ease. When i put in a full and final offer Kim was very supportive and understood the pressure of the iva had put on my relationship with my wife and she sorted things speedily which was a great help. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| they always dealt with any queries i had and never had to keep chasing them for things. they were very professional and i am just glad i chose clear dept and not any other company because i have heard some horror stories about other iva companies, |

| they never judged my situation they just got on with it and always spoke to me in a very accepting friendly manner |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| i felt the joint account situation could have been explained better as when my iva was approved the bank then went after my wife for settlement of the account even though it was put in my iva. my wife had to borrow funds of her brother to make settlement of the account. this could have been avoided if explained . i think it was an oversight on cleardebt side as i did state it was a joint account when i first explained everything,so they should have known the bank would have chased my wife for full payment. i also think it was very snide of the bank to act in that manner when they knew they going to get payment from me |

| my full and final offer was accepted on the 6th june, divedend of 34p and approx 20k was written off. i have learnt a very hard lesson with regards to money. i now have a new outlook on things and how i use my money i thank clear debt and the iva for this. i shall not be returning to a lazy attitude with my finances |
