My circumstances:
I am a soldier living in South England, I had around 60k of debt that me and my wife built up over the past 6 years. We had a property that we have surendered the keys to and the short fall has been put into the IVA. We were unable to pay debts as we took a pay cut after moving from overseas and expenses in UK were soaring. Keith Maxwell originally dealt with our enquiry and put us at ease straight away. Caroline Mcguiness then done a bit more with the case. It was originally put on hold due to the creditors wanting an uplift and another 12 months added to the IVA, however Rosie Scott done some amazing nagotiating and managed to get both the uplift and the further 12 months removed. We are now paying £250 a month and will be debt free in 5 years.

We did approach 2 other companies and they told us that bankruptcy was our only solution. I am just glad that we called McCambridge Duffy as they have helped us gratly.
My interaction with the company:
From the moment we called them they were fantastic. Not judging or critising like some other companies. They were efficient and always kept us informed about every step of the process. They managed to get an IVA approved where 2 other companies said we would have to go bankrupt. Overall an excelent company.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Because they handled our case very well and we felt we could trust them.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Rosie Scott nagotiated the uplift and the extra 12 months to be removed.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

Other points
Not sure how much money we will exactly write off but we have learned to live on a budget and cant wait to be debt free.

    Good Points
Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
