My circumstances:
i am a mother of 2 living in manchester area on benifits i had over 27k of debts and no equity
My interaction with the company:
i rang them explained my situation we explored the possabilitys and then we decided an iva was the best option they posted the forms and i completed them they sent a currior to collect them they kept in regular contact with me and was extremley helpful friendly and reasuring they meet with my creditors and my iva was excepted they rang me with the good news that it had been sorted and the iva was up and running they was very nice people very friendly .
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i left the rating i did because i was extremly happy with the service there was nothing at all i could fault they was amazing from start to finish and i was total stress free i felt i could trust them 100%
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
theres not a single thing i could pin point inpaticular as everything they did impressed me
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
none 
Other points
around 20k was written off my monthly repayments are 230 .

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
