My circumstances:
I work in care and live in nottingham, i had previously qualified as an electrician before the country went down hill, and unfortunatly my care salary wasn`t enough to bring up 2 small children and maintain household bills, so the only way we could afford to live was reduce our outgoings, our monthly outgoings were about £500 per month, looked into all solutions and with Harrington Brooks support found the ideal solution to our short and long term problem.
My interaction with the company:
I spoke to an advisor who reasured me they could help and propose different solutions, then was handed over to a personal advisor who has been with us throughout and helped us through the stressful times, we persued an IVA and our personal advisor was so reasuring and supportive it was such a weight of our minds to know he was there to help. Our proposal was heard and went through without any major changes, we are now stress free and able to budget for our boy`s clothing and living expenses. would recommend to anyone i hear with debt problems.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 for all fields as they excelled in all area`s of service and support, can`t fault them in anything.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
There whole support and " you are important to us" attitude.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
