| Software Developer based in West Midlands, I had 46k of debt and a property with 6k equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Initially contacted another company, however, it took a long time for a drafter to become available so switched to IVA Advice Beaureu after looking at forum on iva.co.uk. The turnaround was very fast indeed. I found them extremely friendly and helpful. Melanie is very knowledgeable and knows her subject to the best anyone in the marketplace could. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 for everything, because I had no problems from day one. Everything was processed exteremly fast, communication was kept during the whole process and staff was friendly and easy to speak to. |

| HSBC, MBNA, and Egg all voted in favour (hsbc was biggest)<br> Nationwide Credit Card, Nationwide FlexAccount and Northern Rock did not vote.<br> Dividend was 47p.<br> |
