| I work as a hire controller in the construction industry - I am single have no mortgage or children - I had accumalated debts from credit card loams etc of around £25000 |

| The interaction with the company was fantastic - I contacted them in a very stressed out state and they immediatley put me at ease and sorted out all necessary paperwork and were on hand should I have any questions or concerns. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave them such a fantastic rating as they were friendly, efficient, professional, trustworthy and helped me through a situation that I thought would never get resolved. |

| a text every few weeks to ask how Im doing if I am happy and if i need anything to let them know. |

| I am coming to the end of my IVA and the reduction in the payments, help and support literally saved me from having a nervous breakdown - lesson learned is that any material purchases that I require will be required through hard graft and saving - not credit. |
