| The reason I have given the scores I have is because the level of customer service i have received from Graeme, Tina and Chloe has been brilliant and I cant fault any of them, Tina especially made me feel really at ease with everything. |

| I really didnt think the IVA would get accepted due to a similar proposal being rejected in 2006, when i got the call to advise that it had been accepted it was a weight off my mind. |
