| I am an electrician living in Derbyshire, I had 46k of debt with no property or savings and was struggling to cope with repayments. |

| I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA,they went through everything with me on the phone, they posted form, I completed and returned, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful. |
