My circumstances:
I work for the civil service in Lincoln - I had a debt of 29k and a property with 5k equity , my wife has the house & I have the debts she left me on our seperation - we are now divorced although she is still trying her hardest to ruin my life even more
My interaction with the company:
I first contacted them online to discuss bankcrupty as it seemed the only option , we went through everything by phone & I decided to try the IVA process over 5 yrs , the three people who helped & advised me at Varden Nuttell were very helpful & sympathetic
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Neil , Tina & Joanne were all very helpful & I rate them 10/10 for the work they did to help me through this process
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
It was the way they went through all the details & put my mind at rest over it all & obviously worked hard to give me the best chance of sorting this all out. It was a very worrying time for me but I feel a lot happier now that my financial situation is back on track
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
cant really think of anything  
Other points
well my situation is a lot more stable now , depending on the outcome of my court case with my ex-wife still trying to steal everything I have left , but hopefully itll work out alright if the court sees her for what she is , & in five years the 29k debt will be written off with me paying £240 a month for the next 5 years Ill be able to make a new start

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
