Comment: The equity release clause was inserted into the Proposal at the insistence of the banking community. During the last 6 months of the IVA, you have to attempt to re-mortgage to allow only 85% of any net equity you have in the property to be paid into your IVA. If you are unable to get any re-mortgage then you continue for a further 12 months with your existing contributions at that time in lieu. Speak to your Supervisor to explain in more detail

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
