My circumstances:
Had 66k of debt,rented property,following business failure
My interaction with the company:
Initial phone call followed by a face to face meeting,no changes to IVA needed,proposal accepted with no problems
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Their post IVA service has been poor and distant
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
No upfront fee asked for except a nominal amount for a bond
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Put together anannual review and amendment to creditors without consultation with myself 
Other points
Now in property purchased post IVA and looking to fund a full and final settlement from equity release[32p dividend]

Comment: Don't understand how Dent Direct could amend the IVA without consulting you. Unless there is provision for varyiong the terms in the IVA itself then your IP does not have the power to change the IVA. There is substantial case law on this.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
