My circumstances:
I lived above my means - trued to have too much on little money
My interaction with the company:
They were really understanding - they werent pushy - it was all my decision. They were just really good.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
This is the second company I have been to - ClearDebt have always come back to me on time, they explain everything fully - Ive had no issues and all my payments were set up straight away.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They work very quickly and efficiently. Everything they said they would do initially has been followed through.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
The terms and conditions were a bit technical so I did struggle a little with this. 
Other points
Ill never get another catalogue as long as I live. Im going to make my payments on time, get it cleared and stay debt free. ClearDebt have given me a chance to sort my life out and I wont be making the same mistake again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
