| My circumstances: |
| i was a field manager for a debt recovery firm in charge of all south of england with employed and self employed staff and due to stress and possible small stroke,i changed my career to work for a local council,but the change in my salary meant struggling to pay my mortgage and credit cards.then changes in council meant cut backs so i was put as casual and things got worse.my debts kept going up and ended owing 90k-100 k with small equity. |

| i contacted a debt management company and things went from their who contacted me and we went through all the options that could suit my requirements and as i wanted topay back some of the money i owed an iva suited me best. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| 9 out of ten as they were always a phonecall away and advised the best way to deal with creditors and letters. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| quick ness in dealing with my case and explaining how things worked with the iva, and didnt harass me about doing the iva as it was my choice right up to the last minute being approved. |
