| My circumstances: |
| I am a 31 year old Engineer living in the Midlands. I had depts of nearly £25k and was struggling to keep up the repayments with the cost of living which in turn was spiriling in to more dept. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA. They posted form, I completed and returned. After some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 9 out of 10 because of excellent customer service. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Varden Nuttall have excellent customer service with monthly phone calls to check that my situation was ok. During my IVA my circumstances had changed and I found out that I could not afford the repayments. After submitting a new income/expenditure form it was accepted at a creditor meeting and I continued with no problems. |
