My circumstances:
we lived in london and had a child so most things went on the credit card, but as that started to get high we then took out a loan to clear it. But then you find just before you get paid there are things you need so out came the credit card again and yet another loan to pay it off. then we got a car which is also expensive and with being a first time driver the insurance was huge.
My interaction with the company:
Blair endersby were recommended to us from a member of the family so we phoned them and they set up a meeting to talk us through it. we filled out the forms and sent them back. They kept us informed of everything that was happening and when it was happening. They are very nice to deal with and explain everything clearly. Our IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Gave them 10 out of 10 because i feel it is well deserved, they are friendly, helpful and i felt at ease with them. You can contact them as amny times as is nessarsary if you have more questions or find something you dont understand.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They took care of everything, and made sure we were happy with what was happening.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
