My circumstances:
Ive recently been made redundant whilst in the final year of my IVA and put forward a proposal to my creditors for a full and final settlement. My debt was touching £100k and to me seemed insurmountable, thankfully my creditors accepted my offer and I can start to breath again. All my redundancy went to honour some of my obligations which has been a very salient lesson to me.
My interaction with the company:
I rang got a home visit and let the rest to them and was always kept informed of developments, they were always reassuring but realistic and never gave me false hope. Thankfully everything worked out ok.<br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
My last few months of interaction with Clear Debt has been with Adrian Radford and he has been fantastic with me. Reassured me realistically about what might happen and was always available at the end of a phone, also, if I ever rang and he was away from his desk he always called me back.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Treated me like a human being - never once did I feel judged.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
they couldnt improve - they do a great service 
Other points
At the moment I am without a job but I am very positive and know I will get something very soon. I have learnt that I should only spend money that I have earned - but this has been a very expensive lesson both monetarily and emotionally. I paid off 30 % of my debt which is unbelievable and something which I still feel very guilty about. I know I will never get into such a mess again, I have learnt the hard way !!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
