My circumstances:
I am a Customer Service Rep. I live in rented accomodation with my partner in Halesowen. I am 33 no kids I owe £26thousand
My interaction with the company:
I saw their advert on TV and made my IVA application online. They called me and asked for more information. They asked me for evidence of everything. I had a meeting with an IP close where I work and then there was a creditors meeting. I wasnt there but it was approved and Cleardebt kept me informed at all times.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 as they werent pushey. Instead they were sympathetic and kind.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They had arranged insurance for my payments if i go on the sick of if I lose my job
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
They dont take debit cards for payments 
Other points
I have learned to be a lot more responsible with my money. my dividend is 83p

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
