My circumstances:
i am serving in the army abroad, 25k of debt with no assets.
My interaction with the company:
i emailed for some advice and within days i was on the way to getting an IVA. even with the difficulty of being posted abroad in the army, i had to set up a new bank account etc 9which took a long time but they were extremely patient with me. as soon as i had all the right documents, my IVA was accepted within 3 weeks. the communication problems i had were overcome and seemed to be no problem for the staff. they talked everything through with me in simple laymans terms and were sure that I had understood everything before proceeding. I have nothing but praise for McCambridge Duffy who, in my opinion, seem very professional and understanding.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 10 out of 10 because after getting some advice from them, i can now sleep at night knowing that my finances are getting sorted.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the communication problems meant that i could only correspond by email. this was no problem to them and my IVA was setup with lots of emails and only 1 phone call.

i am paying back all my creditors everything i owe, but at a lower monthly sum than before

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
