| i went on a web site looking for help filled out a form and someone phoned me i was so disstressed they sent someone out to see me the next day they took all my details and discused my options the best for me was iva |

| i gave them 10 out of 10 because i felt they gave me first class imformation and help they were there the next day after i spoke to them on the phone and at all times have helped me everyone i have spoke to have always been pleasant and helpfull |
