My circumstances:
I am self employed and have been on an IVA since 2008. My debts cam about mainly due to overspending and the availability of additional credit. I did however obtain help before i got in arrears with any of my creditors.
My interaction with the company:
I have found everything straight forward with Cleardebt. They explained everything fully and I have felt fully prepared for what the IVA may bring.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have been broadly happy with the service provided. I feel my situation is more complicated as I am self employed however Cleardebt have always been there for me.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I have enjoyed the personal touch provided by Cleardebt. I have never felt judged and have felt i have been treated like an adult in all discussions
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I was unsure on how the contribution amount came about as my income fluctuates as self employed. 
Other points
I am very happy with everything to do with the IVA to date. The dividend expected is roughly 24p in the £. I have learnt to not be reliant on credit in the future.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
