My circumstances:
I am a 50 year old office worker living in the north west.<br> I had built up a debt of £76000 on multiple credit cards and bank loans. My flat had about £10000 equity.I started borrowing money from the date of my first wage packet in 1975. All the money was used to fund an excessive lifestyle.
My interaction with the company:
I initially phoned them assuming that they wouldnt help considering the facts of my case whereby i had just squandered the money.However, they went through all the options with me and recommened an I.V.A
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them highly because of their non judgemental attitude and obvious efficiency.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Whenever i need to discuss any aspect of my case there was ALWAYS somebody available who could deal with it.<br> A special mention goes to Collete Krog.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
 
Other points
After 2 years i have paid a final settlement because of extra equity in my flat. I wrote off about £34000 and paid a dividend of 34p in the £.<br> My only debt now is my mortgage which is very manageable.<br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
