| My circumstances: |
| I agreed an iva in 2008, paid £350 for 1 year was made redundant, Payplaan allowed me a years holiday, I managed to get a job this month and agreed to pay them £100 November 2010, £100 in December 2010 and £100 In January 2011, then revert back to my original payment of £350 in February.<br> Today they decided to Fail my IVA!!!<br> <br> What are my options please???<br> <br> Noel |

| The 4 year equity clause was never made very clear, ie if you couldnt get a remortgage? how do you pay??? |
