My circumstances:
I am a retail manager with 3 young kids. Had recently moved in with my girlfriend so i had to start paying rent. I had £22k worth of dept and no spare cash
My interaction with the company:
I had previously contacted them a year before, and after reading information sent to me, i didnt feel i was suitable for an iva. They rang me a year after, and as my circumstances had changed, I explained my situation and they said they could proberbly help. I filled all forms they sent me, and they kept chasing me up on the ones i didnt, which is good for me as I wouldnt have followed through without there support
Why I gave the ratings I did:
It was a really quick service. I would post a letter one morning and the next day was a letter with the next stage. the whole process didnt take longer then a month (or felt that way anyway!) and the forms were all relativly easy to fill out. Everyone i spoke to was really friendly and helpful

Other points
I have to pay back 76% of my original debt, which amounts to £271 a month. This is half what i was paying originally. I dont have credit or debt cards anymore so its easy to keep track of (and not to spend) my money.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
