| I am a process controller living in Kent. I had unsecured debts of 103k. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them and explained I had already looked into my options and thought an IVA was the best solution to my predicament. I completed sent forms and the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting with some amendments. All this was accomplished wth the minimum of fuss and all staff I had contact with were knowledgable, friendlyand helpful. |

| My IVA was accepted. I learnt not to fret and worry at home and to do something about it. My dividend was approx 30p in the pound and approx 60k will be written off. |
