My circumstances:
My husband are professionals and have suffered with a change in our financial circumstances. We have limited equity in our property , we do not want to sell our home.
My interaction with the company:
At first we were a bit nervous after completing many forms with another well known debt management company after weeks of stress, they could only offer an IVA for one year. We were put at ease by the IVA practitoner who we spoke to"Mr James Pearson " he was calm, professional in his manner and clear in terms of the expectations. Everytime my husbands as called him he has phoned him back. His professional approach as given us hope and although we are in the early stages of the IVA pocess we feel confident that things will go through.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The quick response to our difficult financial position made us feel that there is hope we are worth his time and energy.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Mr Pearson clear manner in which he explained the process and what we needed to do.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
We have had some delay with receving pre paid evelopes.Apart from this slight adminstrative issue there is nothing I can comment on. 
Other points
We currently owe our debtors £52,000 and have tried various campanies to asisst us but none have been so prompt in the quick responses.We are still in the early stages so still await the confirmation that IVA will be accepted by our creditors.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
