My circumstances:
Professional living in Staffordshire, 40+k,consisting of loans and credit cards, no property no assetts, Divorcee.<br> <br>
My interaction with the company:
Went to debtmatters after receiving very poor advice from another debt management company, whom was wanting money up front,before any IVA had been proposed. At the time was very distressed and health was generally affected. After contacting Debtmatters, i felt there was someone who understood and was genuinely wanting to help. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, not asking for a penny upfront. I am now in the second month of my IVA, and feel like a gigantic weight has been lifted from me and my health has improved. I would not hesitate in recommending Debtmatters to anyone in a similar situation. The other thing is that they looked at other options for me, before deciding that IVA was the best option. I also felt that they were never judgemental towards me and listened.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 as the service they provided was excellent, and clearly guided me all the way.

Helped to remove this pressure from me
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing really, genuinely very happy with all they did. 
Other points
Now living month to month, and managing on what i earn, without the use of credit cards and loans, and no matter what will never allow myself to get into this situation again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
