My circumstances:
I am a Director ( limited company) My wife works in Pharmacy both living in Yorkshire and have two children. We had over 80K of debt which were loans and credit cards, the credit cards were our down fall, our home is also in 20K of negative equiry.
My interaction with the company:
From our initial contact they listened to our situation and went through all our options I decided that an IVA was the way forward and completed and returned the forms along with some additional information they required. After a couple of minor alterations our IVA was approved.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them 10 out of 10 in all aspects, I was kept informed all through the process, and they always called me back when they said they would - all in all they ticked all the boxes.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were very professional and I felt they genuinely wanted to make our situation better for us.

None 
Other points
We have now made our first payment into our IVA, we now know when we will make our last payment and our IVA will finish, we now have a budget to live to for the next five years. we will be paying back 29p in the pound.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
