My circumstances:
I am a lawyer living in Manchester. I had 53K of debt and a property with no equity.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them after seeing Melanies postings in an online forums and after a local practitioner had suggested I pay a £900.00 bond before he would propose an IVA. The first person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. It was a massive relief to speak to her. Once it has been agreed I should propose the IVA I was given a case worker who was equally helpful. All the people I dealt with returned my calls and replied when they said they would. When it was time to draft the proposal Melanie took time out of her Sunday to speak to me to go through everything. My IVA has been approved today and I feel that I can work towards getting my life back on track.

I felt that I was dealing with experts in the field and I trusted their advice.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
